Victor Charreton - Art for Sale

Victor Charreton (1864 – 1936) was noted for his landscapes and still-life paintings in the impressionist style. Below are Victor Charreton paintings for sale which demostrate his impressionistic technique perfectly.

Victor Charreton was Born in Bourgoin-Jallieu, France and went on to study law in Paris. He gave up his career as a lawyer in 1902 to concentrate solely on painting.

Between 1919 and 1925 Charreton served as a professor at the Académie Julian in Paris.

The Musée d’Orsay in Paris, the Brooklyn Museum and the Boston Museum of Fine Arts house examples of Charreton's works.
