DESCRIPTION: Fred Yates acrylic painting on canvas, 100 x 100cm, showing a train locomotive passing some houses. Thick impasto paintwork in bright colours. The stretcher and the back of the canvas bear the Fred Yates Atelier Sale stamp and also a stamp and label from Leighton Fine Arts who were at the Paris sale of Fred's studio contents on March 31st 2014. The painting is unsigned.
