Myott Dante Jug P9837
DESCRIPTION: Myott art deco style Dante Jug displaying blue and purple flowers on a light blue and black swirl. The handle and inner rim are green and the base is black. This is an extremely rare pattern and the only example I have seen.
BASE MARKS: Gold MYOTT crown, MYOTT SON & CO, MADE IN ENGLAND, HAND PAINTED, B.A.G. Co. Ltd., P.9837. (pattern number). MADE IN ENGLAND (russet colour). There is an impressed '24' (batch number).
