DESCRIPTION: A Myott Fan Vase with mauve outer fan blades next to green blades. Yellow central column with 3 black 'liquorice-like' strands running vertically. Central column flanked by pink blades. Areas of black to top of blades apart from outer ones. Pink stylised flowers to hub with black base plinth. Green support.

BASE MARKS: Gold crown, MYOTT SON & Co., MADE IN ENGLAND, HAND PAINTED, MADE IN ENGLAND (in russet colour).

COLOURS: Black, pink, green, yellow, mauve

MYOTT PATTERN NUMBER: 8949

MATERIAL: Earthenware

SIZE: 22cm (8.75 inches) tall x 17cm (6.75 inches) wide. Base 15cm (6 inches) wide x 8cm (3.25 inches) deep

CONDITION: Very good. Just light crazing and a few small places of paint loss to the black base

NOTE: Myott collectors sometimes refer to this pattern as 'Liquorice' as the thin black painted lines on the vase are reminiscent of strings of black liquorice
